1. General This online payment system is provided by A’LA ANGLAISE SCHOOL through BillDesk Payment Gateway
for the convenience of students and parents to pay school fees and other charges electronically. By using this facility, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned below. ________________________________________ 2. Payment Responsibility • The user is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the fee amount before making the payment. • Once the payment is made successfully, it cannot be modified or transferred to
another student/account. ________________________________________ 3. Payment Confirmation • On successful payment, an electronic receipt will be generated. • The receipt should be saved and preserved for future reference. • If the amount is deducted but the receipt is not generated,
the user must inform the school office with transaction details. ________________________________________ 4. Transaction Charges • Any convenience fee, bank charges, or gateway charges imposed
by BillDesk or the bank shall be borne by the user. • The school is not responsible for these charges. ________________________________________ 5. Refund & Cancellation Policy • Fees once paid will not be refunded under normal circumstances. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per school rules
and management approval. • Transaction charges are non-refundable. • Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment
source within the stipulated time. ________________________________________ 6. Failed / Delayed Transactions • The school is not responsible for: o Internet failure o Bank server issues o Payment gateway downtime o Technical errors • In case of failed or pending transactions, users should contact
their bank or BillDesk support first. • If the amount is debited but not reflected in the school account,
it will be reconciled as per bank records. ________________________________________ 7. Data Privacy & Security • All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems of BillDesk. • The school does not store any debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking information. • User data will be used only for official and academic purposes. ________________________________________ 8. Limitation of Liability • A’LA ANGLAISE SCHOOL shall not be held responsible for: o Any financial loss due to technical issues o Unauthorized access o Bank-related failures o Payment gateway errors All disputes related to payment must be settled between the user and
the concerned bank/payment service provider. ________________________________________ 9. User Conduct • Users must not misuse the payment system. • Any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity may lead to legal action. ________________________________________ 10. Right to Modify The school management reserves the right to: • Change fee structure • Modify payment policies • Update terms and conditions • Suspend online payment facility without prior notice. ________________________________________ 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in
Ramgarh, Jharkhand, India.
