1. General Policy All fees paid to A’LA ANGLAISE SCHOOL through online or offline modes are
considered final and are subject to the rules mentioned below. ________________________________________ 2. Fee Payments • School fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances. • Payments made for the wrong student, wrong class, or incorrect amount
due to user error will not be refunded automatically. ________________________________________ 3. Eligible Refund Cases Refunds may be considered only in the following situations: • Duplicate payment for the same fee • Excess amount paid by mistake • Payment made for admission but admission not granted by the school • Transaction failure where amount is debited but not credited to the school account All such cases are subject to verification and approval by the school management. ________________________________________ 4. Non-Refundable Charges The following amounts are strictly non-refundable: • Registration or application fees • Admission processing fees • Convenience or transaction charges • Any fee after the academic session has started, unless approved by management ________________________________________ 5. Refund Process • Refund requests must be submitted to the school office in writing or via official email. • The request must include: o Student details o Payment receipt or transaction ID o Reason for refund • After approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. ________________________________________ 6. Refund Timeline • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days. • The school is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers. ________________________________________ 7. Cancellation Policy • Admission cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the school office. • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per school rules and management decision.
