Rules & Regulation

1. All the students will be required to take admission form and prospectus of school on payment of Rs. 100/- and will furnish all detailed information as mentioned there in.

2. The management of the school wil take admission of the students only after taking written test/interview and after proper verification of all the required documents, as may be considered necessary. In this connection, their parents may also be associated for other detail information, if required by the management. Preference will be given to the deserving candidates.

3. Parents will get their child / ward admitted in school after going through all related matters/affairs of the school at their own will and abide by all the rules and regulations that may be enforced from time to time in this regard.

4. It will be necessary to furnish the proof of age of the respective student, In this regard Birth Certificate of Govt. / Hospital will be taken as valid document.

5. In case of school management is not satisfied with the interview and documents/papers of the students, management would not be bounded to take admission of the respective student.

6. After admission, all our students are required to obey and to follow all the rules / regulation and instruction of the school management.

7. During school hour, no students will be allowed to go outside the school campus without written permission of the school incharge.

8. School’s gate will be closed during school timing. Visitors / guardians will be permitted to meet the Principal / Directors Person concerned only after getting permission from the authority concerned only during visiting hour of the school as may be notified / fixed.

9. Outside visitors, if they desire to meet the school’s authority, they will have to indicate their name, time purpose and name of the person to whom they desire to meet in the visitor’s register which will be available at the main gate of the school itself.

10. All the students will be required to come to school in time well in school dress daily and will required to present themselves in school prayer.

11. All the students will be given school’s diary in school. They will be required to complete their Home-works in time as may be given by the class teacher as mentioned in their diaries itself.

12. In case of the student is found to involve himself in undesirable work and disobey the rules and regulation of school even after proper warning and works against the school, it will not be possible for school’s authority to keep them further in the school. In such cases parents will be informed to take necessary action.

13. It is expected that the students will live and study peacefully with each other and will not do any undesirable work either in school campus or outside the school.

14. It will necessary to deposit the monthly fee and other charges of school well within time latest by 15th 25th of each month. In case of delay payment a fine of 10% of the total sum will be charged. In case of regular default for three months even after proper information, school’s management will be free to discontinue all the services and ask the student to leave at his own risk and responsibility.

15. In case any student is found absent without proper information continuously for more than three days, a fine of Rs. 05/-(five) per day will be charged till the day of his return to school. It may be noted that his father of guardian’s signature will only be valid in case of leave application of the student. For special occasion like marriage etc. In family, student has to take separate permission from school on written request from his guardian.

16. In case student is ill continuously for more than three days, he/she has to submit medical certificate in this regard.

17. Student will be guided by the rule of library, in case the books are lost or damaged they have to pay the requisite amount of money. The book so taken by them must be returned back in time in good condition.

18. The student will take full care for all the school properties and will not cause any damage in any ways.

19. As the school provides co-education, It is expected that the students will live themselves like brother and sister.

20. School management keeps and reserves the right to alter/amend and to modify any rules and regulations in any matter. Its decision will be final and will be binding on the students and parents as well.
